<br />, ' <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />5, Determine current and potential water conservation efforts, <br /> <br />The contractor shall identify current and potential water conservation efforts of the <br />entities and present findings and recommendations concerning the effectiveness of <br />such efforts in providing additional water for future municipal and agricultural <br />demands. The contractor shall consult with the CWCB Office of Water <br />Conservation in identifying current and potential water conservation efforts, <br /> <br />6, Project monthly water demand through year 2040 for each municipal and industrial <br />entity. <br /> <br />The contractor shall present findings and recommendations concerning the monthly <br />water demand for each municipal and industrial entity for the years 2000, 2010, <br />2020 and 2040, <br /> <br />7. Compare monthly water use projections with current system monthly firm yield for <br />each entity. <br /> <br />The contractor shall compare the monthly water use projections with the current <br />monthly firm yield for each entity. <br /> <br />8. Determine the need for additional water supplies for each entity. <br /> <br />The contractor shall present findings and recommendations concerning the need for <br />additional water supplies for each entity. The contractor shall recognize that the <br />availability of supplemental water for agriculture may be diminished in the future <br />due to increases in municipal demands for supplemental water. <br /> <br />9. Determine the storage requirements for each entity. <br /> <br />The contractor shall present findings and recommendations concerning the monthly <br />storage requirements for each entity for the years 2000, 2010, 2020 and 2040, <br /> <br />10, Determine the extent to which Fryingpan-Arkansas Project supplies and facilities <br />assist in meeting projected demands, <br /> <br />The contractor shall present findings and recommendations concerning the extent to <br />which Fryingpan-Arkansas Project supplies and facilities assist in meeting <br />projected demands under the current provisions of the Contract between the <br />Southeastern Colorado Water Conservancy District and the U.S. Bureau of <br />Reclamation, the operating principles of Fryingpan-Arkansas Project, and the <br />allocation principles and policies of the Southeastern Colorado Water Conservancy <br />District. The contractor shall also identify any alternatives to the current operations <br />of Project facilities that will assist in meeting projected demands. <br />
