This amended date is due <br />to the volume of comments required and the resultant delay in obtaining all of the comments <br />from the State on the Draft Data Collection Report. It is anticipated Brown and Caldwell will <br />receive the final set of comments from the State by 8:00 am on November 28,2000. No <br />change in the budget is authorized by this amendment, If you concur with this authorization, <br />please indicate by signing below and returning the original signed copy of this letter to us. <br /> <br />As presented in Exhibit 1, SPDSS Feasibility Study Summary, $0.00 remains unauthorized <br />from the original Scope of Work.
