More time is necessary to allow the consultants to complete interviews of water <br />users and incorporate findings into the respective chapters. <br />. Additional time is required to allow the consultants to communicate among <br />themselves in order to coordinate the surface water, groundwater, consumptive <br />use, GIS and system integration sections for the various chapters. <br />.
