I attach for your use a copy of a chart showing all of the water rights <br />decreed to the Fam1ers Highline Canal and Reservoir Company. The 1 \I, shares of Fanners Highline <br />Canal and Reservoir Company stock to be acquired by Georgetown are part of the 1,091.633 <br />outstanding Class A shares of the capital stock of the Fanners Highline Canal and Reservoir <br />Company. By virtue of its ownership of these shares; Georgetown will be entitled to a pro rata <br />interest in each of the priorities shown on the chart, except priorities 1 and 48, which are wholly <br />owned by the City of Westminster. <br /> <br />The water rights shown on the chart were decreed for irrigation purposes by decrees dated <br />October 4, 1884 and October 9, 1895, entered by the District Court, Arapahoe County, and by decree <br />dated May 13, 1936, entered by the District Court, City and County of Denver. <br /> <br />Please let me know if you need any additional information regarding these wale! rights. <br /> <br />Thank you very much. <br /> <br />Sincerely yours, <br /> <br />c;r7yJUA. ;/~ <br /> <br />Cynthia F.
