I also enclose <br />original stock assignments for each certificate, signed by the record owners, Mr. & Mrs. Wazdle, <br />transferring their ownership of their lY2 shaces of the Fanners Highline Canal and Reservoir <br />Company to the Town of Georgetown acting as the Town of Georgetown Water and Sewer Activity <br />Enterprise. The new share certificate should be issued to the "Town of Georgetown acting as the <br />Town of Georgetown Water and Sewer Activity Enterprise." The State of Colorado, Water <br />Conservation Boazd, should be identified on the certificate at the lien holder. <br />When the new certificate is issued, please send the original to Janis Illian, Colorado Water <br />Conservation Boazd, 1313 Sherman Street, 1Zoom 721, Denver, Colorado 80203. We would <br />appreciate it greatly if you will send a photocopy of the new certificate to us for our records as well. <br />I also enclose our check in the amount pf $50.00 for the transfer fee.
