JanUary 28.1997 <br /> <br />Call to Order <br /> <br />8:10 a.m. <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Colorado Water Conservation Board was held at the Holiday <br />Inn, 10 East 120th Avenue, Northglenn, Colorado 80233. The meeting was called to <br />order at 8:10 am. on Wednesday, January 29, 1997, by Chairperson Eric Kuhn. Ten <br />voting members were present so there wllS a quorum (at least six required). Board <br />members present w~e Eric Kuhn, Patricili Wells, David Harrison, David Smith, Ray <br />Werner, Allen Davey, Janice Sheftel, David Meyring, Alan Hamel, Jim Lochhead, Lee <br />Miller (representing the Attorney General), Hal Simpson, Eddie Kochman (representing <br />the Division of Wildlife) and Chuck Lile.2 <br /> <br />...- <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Approval of Agenda <br />Tape 1, Start/Stop: 0001 -0091 <br />Action: Added items were noticed in three separate notices for this' meeting. <br />Deletions to this agenda included 8e, lla, 12a, 16a, and 24. Added items <br />were 7(a)(vi)(vii)(viii) and (Jx), 8h, lOb, and 32. A motion was made by <br />Janice Sheftel that the ageJ1da be approved with, these changes. The <br />motion Was seconded by David Smith and approved unanimously (6~0). <br /> <br />2. Approval of Minutes <br />, Tape 1, Start/Stop: 0091 - 0107 <br />Action: ' ,There were no corrections to the November 1996 minutes. A motion was <br />made by Janice Sheftel to approve the minutes as presented. The motion <br />was seconded by Ray Werner and approved unanimously (6-0). <br /> <br />"IA complete record oCtile meeting has been made on audio cassette tapeS.
