Your stockholders meet in December and the <br />payments need to coincide with these meetings. This is no problem but we need to have a letter <br />requesting this change and the reason for it. <br /> <br />A call was placed to you again in mid April asking for that letter but we have not <br />received any response. For your convenience a letter is enclosed and if you agree with the letter <br />contents, please sign and return to the Colorado Water Conservation Board so that we can <br />comply with your request. If the letter does not state your need, please send your own to the <br />Board. <br /> <br />There is an amendment to your contract being written at this time as follow up paper <br />work for the one year deferral of payment for the year of 1994 and we would like to have all <br />the documentation for your contract up to date. <br /> <br />If you have any questions, please contact me at (303) 866-3441.
