appropriation date of 09/29/1906, located in Section 21, Township 4 South, Range 69 West, 6th
P.M., Jefferson County Colorado.

LONG LAKE:

The Agricultural Ditch and Reservoir Company has an annual right to the first 200-acre feet from
Long Lake Reservoir No.1 and Long Lake Reservoir NO.2. Long Lake Reservoir NO.1 is located
in the Southwest one-quarter (SWv..) of Section 33, Township 2 South, Range 70 West, 6th P.M.,
Jefferson County, Colorado, and Long Lake NO.2 is located in Section 4, Township 3 South,
Range 70 West, 6'h P.M., Jefferson County, Colorado. These Reservoirs are described as
