Any changes in costs which fvtlJ <br />would increase an individual Task Cost more than 20 percent <br />(20%) above that provided in Paragraph 2. or which would <br />increase the total contract price set forth in Paragraph 2. <br />shall require a formal contract amendment. <br /> <br />10. Bruce E. Hanna. an employee of the Contractor who is <br />presently officed in Englewood. Colorado. shall be the <br />Contractor's Principal-in-Charge for this contract. Robert P. <br />Kitchell. an employee of the Contractor who is presently <br />officed in Englewood. Colorado. shall be the Contractor's <br />Project Manager for this contract. William E. Wemmert. an <br />employee of the Contractor who is presently off iced in <br />Englewood. Colorado. shall be the Contractor's Project Engineer <br />for this project. The Contractor may not assign a different <br />Principal-in-Charge. different Project Manager or a different <br />Project Engineer for this contract. nor change the office <br />location of these persons. unless approved in writing in <br />advance by the State. which approval may not be unreasonably <br />withheld by the State. <br /> <br />11. It is understood and agreed that the Contractor will <br />obtain the services of the subcontractors and consultants <br />listed in paragraph 12 below. All payments due such <br />subcontractors and consultants shall be the sole responsibility <br />of the Contractor. Such subcontractors and consultants shall <br />have no claim. lien. or cause of action whatsoever against the <br />State because of the Contractor's failure to make payments to <br />any such subcontractor or consultant for the services rendered. <br />or expenses incurred. by them. <br /> <br />12. It is understood and agreed that the following services <br />will be obtained by the Contractor from the listed <br />subcontractors and consultants. to wit: <br /> <br />Biological expertise in Upper Colorado River Threatened <br />and Endangered Fishes. data collection. field visits <br />and general assistance: <br /> <br />Bio/West.
