<br />, <br />, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />,. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />EXHIBIT C <br />DETAILED SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />Detailed Work Tasks <br /> <br />The work tasks comprising the scope of the study are detailed in the following Task <br />Descriptions, Numbers I though 10, and a Draft Feasibility Report and Final Feasibility <br />Report. <br /> <br />Task 1: <br /> <br />Literature Review and Review of Existing Propagation Facillties <br /> <br />Objective: <br /> <br />Review all available literature pertinent to Colorado River endangered fish <br />culture, propagation techniques, and hatchery design. <br /> <br />Responsibility: <br /> <br />Bio/West and FishPro will be responsible for primary effort, <br /> <br />Methodology: <br /> <br />I. Research and assimilate all related literature from personal and public sources, <br /> <br />2, Research and assimilate all related literature from local, state and federal <br />agencies. Agencies included in this effort include: <br /> <br />a. U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service <br />b. Colorado Division of Wildlife <br />c. Utah Division of Wildlife <br />e, Utah State University <br />f, Arizona Department of Game and Fish <br />g, National Park Service <br /> <br />3. Conduct a field visit to the Dexter National Fish Hatchery with selected project <br />personnel to examine in detail existing facilities and to interview hatchery <br />personnel for up. to-date culture techniques and methods; Dexter National Fish <br />Hatchery currently houses all four target species and has the key personnel who <br />have been associated with this culture program. <br /> <br />4, Conduct a visit to meet with the Propagation Specialists for the U.S. Fish and <br />Wildlife Service and the Colorado Division of Wildlife, to assess through <br />interviews the latest information on endangered fish culture and propagation. <br /> <br />5. Conduct telephone interviews with key contacts and facilities identified by the <br />CWCB (i.e, Niland, Page Springs, Ouray, etc.). <br /> <br />Work Products: <br /> <br />A hard copy of the following materials will be provided to the CWCB. <br /> <br />I. A summary narrative of information obtained from the literature review. <br /> <br />2. A bibliography of documents used in the study. <br /> <br />3. A list of key data and issues described for use in the other tasks of this study. <br />
