The Enterprise is established for the purpose of <br /> <br />pursuing, continuing, and conducting all of the water activities <br /> <br />(as that term is defined in ~37-45.1-102(3), C.R.S.) of the <br /> <br />District, including without limitation the construction, operation, <br /> <br />maintenance, repair, and replacement of the District's property, <br /> <br />works, projects and facilities, the provision and sale of wholesale <br />and retail water, and the acquisition, use, reuse, augmentation, <br /> <br />and exchange of water and water rights (hereafter, the "District's <br /> <br />Water Activities"). <br /> <br />Subject to the limitations set forth in <br /> <br />Paragraph 3, below, the Board, as the governing body of the <br /> <br />Enterprise, shall be entitled to exercise all of the District's <br /> <br />legal authority relating to the District's Water Activities. <br />3.
