WHEREAS. authority exists in the law and Funds have been budgeted, appropriated and otherwise made
available and a sufficient unencumbered balance thereof remains available for payment in Fund Number 1001
G/l Account Number 5501X. Contract Encumbrance NumberC153272 ; and
ABL Account Number 15010, Org. Unit 80-00-501,
.WHEREAS, re4uired approva~ce ,md coordination has been accomplished from and with appropriate

WHEREAS, the State and the Contractor entered into a
contract dated February 10. 1986, contract encumbrance number
C153272. which contract is attached hereto as Exhibit A and is
hereby incorporated herein; and

WHEREAS. the termination date of said contract is March 31.
1986; and

WHEREAS. the State desires to extend the said termination
date because information needed from the U.S. Bureau of
Reclamation. in oider to accomplish the tasks called for by the
said contract. has not yet been provided to the State,

NOW THEREFORE. the State and the Contractor agree that:

1. Paragraph numbered 8 of that certain contract dated
February 10. 1986. is hereby amended by deleting the
words IIMarch 31. 1986u and inserting in lieu thereof
the words "June 30. 198611.

2.

All other provisions of the said contract shall remain
in full force and effect.
