<br />NOW. THEREFORE. IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED

<br />that the proposed district be declared as organized and that

<br />said district shall be known and designated as "MORGAN COUNTY
<br />
<br />QUALITY WATER DISTRICT", and that the boundaries and lands to be
<br />
<br />included within said district are as described in Exhibit "A"
<br />
<br />hereto attached, and that said district shall be a governmental
<br />
<br />subdivision of the State of Colorado and a bOdy corporate
<br />
<br />in accordance with Chapter 32, Article IV of Colorado Revised
<br />
<br />Statutes of 1973, and with all of the powers of a public or
<br />
<br />quasi municipal corporation.

<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the fOllowing electors of the
<br />
<br />district shall constitute the Board of Directors of the district
<br />
<br />for their reE' ..(;tive terms of office as follows by filing
<br />
<br />with the Clerk of this Court an Oath of Office and individual,
<br />
<br />schedule or blanket corporate surety bonds in an amount of

<br />$1,000 each, cnditioned upon their faithful performance of
