Seyfried <br />(a/I<:/a Robert J. seyfried I and Nlne seyfdecl (a/l<:/a Anne K. <br />Seyfried and Nlne Krause Seyfried), hereinafter called Aesignore, <br />for and in consideration of Ten Deller. ($10.00) and other good and <br />valuable, consideration, the receipt and sufficiency whereof is <br />hereby acknowledged, do hereby sell. assign, transfer ana Bet over <br />unto Morgan county Quality Water Dilltrict, a COlorado quasi- <br />municipal corporation (hereinafter called Assignee), all of their <br />right, tiCle and interest in and to that certain Water Lease dated <br />September 7, 1974, from Richard L. Ssaghler, Mary Jane Gordon and <br />A.J. Beaghler. Lessor ,to R.J. Seyfried and Anne Seyfried. Lessees, <br />recorded in Book 732, Reception No. IGS4472, of the records of the <br />Clerk and Recorder of Weld Councy. Colorado, covering the <br />production of ground water and certain rights incident thereto <br />(more fully described thereinl beneath that certain tract of land <br />situate in Weld County, Colorado., described aa,follows: <br /> <br />The South Half of the North Raif (S~ N*l~n <br />the ,Southeast Quarter (SE,.-) of Sectior.l/F,;ye _ <br />(Sf. TOloinship Three (3) North, Range 61 W t, <br />and containing 320 acres. more or less, , <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />together with all of Assignors' right, title and interest, if any, <br />in and to Well Permit Nos. 1833S-FP and 31655-FP. <br /> <br />And for the same consideration the Assignors covenant with the <br />Assignee, its successors and assigns: That the Assignors, are the <br />lawful owners of, arid have good title to, the interest above <br />assigned in and to said Water Lease and the estate, ,rights 'and <br />property associated therewith, free and clear from all liens', <br />encumbrances or adverse claims; 'That 8aid Water Lease is a valid <br />and subsisting lease of the ground water above described. and that <br />all rentals and royalties due thereunder have been paid and all <br />oonditions necessary to keep the same in full foroe have been duly <br />performed, and that the Assignors will warrant and forever defend <br />the,same agains~ all persons whomsoever, lawfully claiming or to <br />clalm the same. <br />
