Please be advised <br />that this letter only reflects the legal opinion of the undersigned attorney, and thcrcfore is not to <br />he construed as representing the opinion, official or otherwise, ofthe Office ofthe Attorney <br />General. <br /> <br />Plcase bc advised that it is my opinion <br /> <br />A. That the person signing for Parks was duly elected pr appointed and has authority to sign <br />the documlIDt on behalf of Parks and to bind Parks; <br /> <br />B. That the Parks Board has validly adopted a resolution approving this contract; <br /> <br />C. That there are no provisions in any state or locallaw that prevent this contract from <br />binding Parks; and <br /> <br />D.
