borings, probable economic limi tattons of system.
- Treatment alternatives including contract arrangements for
treatment in Perry Park facility and consideration of separate
wastewater treatment plant.

3. Water. determine the

- Supply alternatives including existing deep wells, new wells,
connection to other systems and '~stimates of quality, quantity
and treatment required for each source.
- Storage quantity, location, type and connection to system.
- Distribution, system preliminary Layout including probable
economic limitations of system.

4. Costs/Recommendations

- Define the estimated construction costs, annual operation and
maintenance costs, and probable contract costs for service by
another entity for all feasible alternatives.
- Identify the recommended alternative for both wastewater and
water based on first cost, annual cost, reliability and health
safety.

5. Financial

- Describe the proposed project financing including grant funds,
long term loans, and bond issues.
Determine possible combinations of property tax levies, user
service charges, and water/wastewater rates to generate sufficient
annual revenue for debt service, operation and maintenance, and
contract requirements.
