The <br />"Special Provisions" shall always be controlling over other provisions in the contract or amendments. <br />The factual representations in the Special Provisions concerning the absence of bribery or corrupt <br />infiuences and personal interest of State employees are presently reaffirmed. <br /> <br />6.
