<br />( <br /> <br />(- -- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE MEMBERS <br />OF THE HAY-BRETHERTON DITCH COMPANY <br /> <br />Concerning a loan in amount of $20,000 from the State of Colorado Water Conservation <br />i30ard (hereafter referred to as the State). for the purpose of rehabilitation of the Lower Hay- <br />Bretherton Ditch, the following resolutions were (unanimously) adopted by the members of <br />the Hay-Bretherton Ditch Company (hereafter referred to as the Company), at a meeting of <br />the members held ;t;", ~ I , 1996, at Meeker, Colorado, and are irrepealable <br />during the life of th loan. <br /> <br />a. RESOLVED, that the members hereby authorize the Company to enter into this <br />contract for this loan with the understanding that Billy S. Howard and Brenda G. <br />Howard will pay the indebtedness, and <br /> <br />b. RESOLVED, that the members hereby authorize Billy S. Howard and Brenda G. <br />Howard to sign the contract for this loan on behalf of the Company, and <br /> <br />c. RESOLVED, that the members hereby acknowledge that the Company will be <br />legally bound by the signatures of Billy S. Howard and Brenda G. Howard on the <br />contract for this loan, and <br /> <br />c. RESOLVED, that the members hereby authorize Billy S.
