The <br />canal is located about one mile south of Delta. The canal needs to be rehabilitated by lining it with <br />concrete and constructing individual headgates for water users. The rehabilitated canal wili have <br />a capacity of 20 cfs. The Delta Canal Company is a mutual ditch company and a nonprofit <br />corporation registered in the State of Colorado.
