During the investigation it was found that <br />Greeley Gas Company had crossed the ditch 2 times without permission. <br />They have agreed to work with FIDGD during this con#ruction period <br />to re-Iay and care for these crossings. The Board of Directors <br />approved the contract ~ith Rob Reeves to begin repair 11-1-97. <br />On a motion by Rich Schaffer and a second by Steve Weigandt the <br />Board authorized and approved the Board 0' Directors to borrow <br />$55.000 as a bridge loan unti I Government Funds and a CCWD loan <br />l'lre received. <br /> <br />The Board of Directors approved <br />October 1 through October 12 as <br />October 17th through the 21st. <br /> <br />time off <br />vacation <br /> <br />for <br />oed <br /> <br />Newt Bostron from <br />a long weekend of <br /> <br />Newt Bostron explained anticipated malntenence and repair needs <br />for 1998. <br /> <br />The next meeting wi I I be held November 22nd. 1997. <br /> <br />Frank Eckhardt.
