WORK PRODUCTS

.

Each task will have a report as its product, which will present the results of each task
with a minimum of preamble. These will be submitted initially in draft form. Final versions
of these reports will be submitted at the end of the study.

A summary report will be produced upon.completion of Tasks 1 through 8 which will
be a self-contained document summarizing all results and providing sufficient discussion to
support the conclusions and recommendations.

A draft Feasibility Study Report will be delivered by December 1, 1992, which will
conform to the !MAP - Feasibility Study Guidelines. Following receipt of comments, this
report will be issued in final form by December 31, 1992.

The numbers of report copies to be submitted will be as specified in the RFP which
are as follows: ._

· Twenty (20) copies of each Monthly Progress Report.

· Twenty (20) copies of the Draft Task Report and work products as each task is
completed.

· Forty (40) copies of a Progress Report summarizing the results of Tasks 1 through
8 by November 2, 1992.

· Twenty (20) copies of a Draft Feasibility Study Report by December 1, 1992 with
information for potential inclusion in the CWCB's annual appropriations bill for
1993.

· Twenty (20) copies of the Final Task Reports and work productS by December 31,
1992.

· Forty (40) printed copies of the Final Feasibility Study Report by December 31,
1992.

· One camera ready original of the final report by December 31, 1992.

· One electronic copy of the final report in WordPerfect 5.1 on a 3lh-inch floppy
disk.

In addition to these formal reports, informal Progress Reports will be prepared at the
end of each momh. These reports will describe:

· Work accomplished during that month.
