Detailed <br />cost projections, a schedule of activities chart using PERT or other appropriate technique, and <br />a high level project management plan by major phases for the design and implementation will <br />. be produced. <br /> <br />TASK 10: FEASIBILITY STUDY REPORT <br /> <br />Introduction <br /> <br />The Commission on Infonnation Management requires a Feasibility Study Report <br />(FSR) for projects that include risks to the State in terms of project development, <br />implementation costs, and/or new technology. The FSR is required to include: <br /> <br />. Economic Analysis Worksheet; <br /> <br />. Economic Analysis Summary; <br /> <br />· Project Detail; and <br /> <br />9- <br /> <br />· Project Management Plan. <br /> <br />Adminio;tration <br /> <br />The FSR will be prepared by Dames & Moore's Jim Olsten, who will interact closely <br />in this task with other members of the project team and the Project Management Team. <br /> <br />. Detailed Work Plan <br /> <br />A review of the !MAP Feasibility Study Guidelines has been undertaken, which <br />confirms that the infonnation required will all be produced in Tasks I through 9. Preparation <br />of FSR will therefore involve abstracting from the products of these tasks and presenting the <br />infonnation in the required FSR fonnat. The report will be submitted initially in draft fonn <br />and will be finalized after receipt of any comments from the Commission. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />-17- <br />
