Without expense to the State, manaqe, operate, and <br />maintain the project system continuously in an efficient and <br />economical manner, and assume ,all legal liability for such <br />management, opera~ion, and maintenance. For any injury to one person in any single <br />occurrence, the sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand <br />Dollars ($150,000). <br /> <br />b. For any injury to two or more persons in any <br />single occurrence, the sum of Four Hundred Thousand <br />Dollars ($400,000). <br /> <br />\ <br />\ <br />I <br />, <br /> <br />Said liability insurance shall name the State as a <br />co-insured. A copY of a certificate of said liability <br />insurance must be filed with the Colorado Water Conservation <br />Roard prior to the start of the operation of the project <br />system. <br /> <br />8. Make the services of said project available within its <br />capacity to all persons in the Contractor's service area <br />without discrimination as to race, color, religion, or natural <br />oriqin at reasonable charges includinq asseSl'iments, taxes, or <br />fees in accordance with a schedule of such cl1arges, whether for <br />one or more classeS of service, formally adopted by the <br />Contractor throuqh its board of directors, a~ may be modified <br />from time to time by the Contractor.
