The signature of the person signing for the Reservoir <br />Co. is that of an official duly elected or appointed. <br /> <br />2. The person signing for the entity has the authority to <br />bind the entity and the contract has been validly approved by the <br />Reservoir Company's governing body. <br /> <br />3. The stockholders of the entity have approved the <br />contract. <br /> <br />4. There are no provisions in the Reservoir Company's <br />articles of incorporation or bylaws or any state or local law <br />that prevent this contract from binding the Reservoir Company. <br /> <br />5.
