The <br />loan proceeds arc bo:;ing used to con<lIUct: (1) iI grit removal chamber in Rt:l!r Creek; (2) <br />approximately 850 L.t'. of raw water pipeline from the grit chamber to a portion urthe line that is <br />nOI being replaced; (J) a n.... connection to the raw water intake and pipe to the new grit <br />chamber. These components, with the raw water intake, arc, of course, the life line oftlte <br />Morrison sy"letn without which there is no sysiem. 'The raw wate;r intake represents an e;xi:.ting <br />ass~ while the: grit chlUl1ber, 850 LF. ofline anll. intak.e connections represcnt new value created <br />witb the 10811 proceeds. We would propose these assc:ts as specific collateral for the loan.
