A waiver by any party to this Agreement of the breach of any term <br /> <br /> <br />or provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach by either <br /> <br />party . <br /> <br />H. Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws <br />of the State of Colorado. <br /> <br />I. Binding Effect. This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the <br />parties, and their respective successors and assigns; provided, however, that nothing in this <br />paragraph shall be construed to permit the assignment of this Agreement except as otherwise <br />expressly authorized herein. <br /> <br />1. This Agreement may be recorded by any party hereto. <br /> <br />K. No Admission.
