<br />OZ/25/94 15:56 <br /> <br />'a'JOJ ~".4i5J <br />"\1 <br /> <br />TOWN OF HUDSON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION No. 94-4 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TOWN THROUGH ITS WATER ENTERPRISE <br />TO ENTER INTO A PROJECT CONT~CT WITH THE COLORADO WATER <br />CONSERVATION BOARD, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Town has an opportunity of obtaining quality water for its residents <br />by participating in the Southern Water Supply Project and obtaining a loan of $1,273,000 <br />to finance such participation from the Colorado Water Conservation Board; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 93-17, the Town established a water activity <br />enterprise for the purposes of Article X, ~20 of the Colorado Constitution as defined in <br />Section 37-45.1-' 01, et seq. C.R.S. as the water activities operated by the Town through <br />its Water Fund and Water Capital Fund; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, as the loan is being received by the Town through its Water <br />Enterprise, and election is not required for suc:h loan. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of the Town of <br />Hudson that <br /> <br />Section 1. The Mayor and Town Clerk are authorized to execute the Project <br />Contract for a loan of $1,273,000 by the Color<ado Water Conservation Board on behalf <br />of the Town and its Water Enterprise. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this 23rd day of February, 1994. <br />.- , <br />....-( ,... -;'" ....... <br />....-\. ," '. :.
