<br />,-1", - '\ <br />) <br /> <br />, "" <br /> <br />RESOLUTION No. 93-17 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING CERTAIN ACTIVITIES AS ENTERPRISES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the provision of water inside and outside of the boundaries of the <br />Town by water and water facilities owned and operated by the Town of Hudson is a <br />water activity as defined in Section 37-45,1-102(3), C,RS.; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the water activity receives less than ten percent of its annual revenues <br />in grants from all Colorado state and local governments combined; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the water activity as authorized to issue its own revenue bonds <br />pursuant to Section 37-45,1-104, C.R.S" through the Board of Trustees of the Town of <br />Hudson; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the water activity is operated through the Water Fund and the Water <br />Capital Fund of the Town. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of the Town of <br />Hudson that the water activities operated by the Water Fund and the Water Capital Fund <br />are water activity enterprises for purposes of Article X, ~20 of the Colorado Constitution <br />as defined in ~37-45,1-1 01 et seq, C.RS. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this 8th day of December, 1993. <br /> <br />TOWN OF HUDSON, COLORADO <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />Attest: <br /> <br />~ll~ ~ <br /> <br />Robert D.'Masden <br />Mayor <br /> <br />~ t??1r~ <br />,:0'udith A.
