In the event that the state determines that the contract

noncurrent wage rates or other factual unit costs, then

any significant sums which reflect said increase. All

such contract adjustments shall be made within one year

following the end of the contract.

The Contractor warr~nts that he has not employed or

retained any com9any or person, othe: than a bona fide

emgloyee working solely for him, to solicit or secure

this contract and that. he has not paid or agreed to pay

any person, comgany, corporation, individual or Eir:n,

ot.her than a bona fide employee working solely for him,

any fee, commission, percentage, gift, or other consid-

eration contingent upon or resulting from the award or

the making of this contract. Upon any violation of this

provision, the State shall have the right to terminate

this contract without liability and, at its discretion,

to deduct from the contract price, or otherwise recover,

the full amount of such fee, commission, percentage, or

consideration.
