Township Six (6).. No:i:th; Range Sixty- <br />seven (67) West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, <br />including all of Grahtors' interest in and to a certain <br />water .deed and memorandum of agreement dated June 12, <br />1905, and recorded June .16, 1905, in Book 228 at page <br />187 of the Weld County records, which vater rights <br />consist of the. right to tvo (2) cubic feet of vater per <br />second of time during the irrigation season. Said water <br />to be delivered from said Lake Supply Reservoir through <br />the measuring weir in Section 21, Township 6 North, . <br />Range 67 West of the 6""P .M., together with a strip 'of <br />land 33 feet wide and 8Q .rods long off the North side of <br />the E. ~ SW '-1 of said Section 22 as described:in. a . deed <br />recorded in Book 181 at page 477 of the re.cords .in the <br />office of the County Clerk and Recorder in Weld.
