The Amended Lease Agreement. is attached hereto as Exhibit liD". Bv Directors Hoskin and Sands: Amending the immediately Preceding motion of Directors Cole, Vickers and spann, to change the wording in tne Agreement Alnending Lease Agreement Between Colorad~ River Water Conservation District and City and county of Denver, acting by and through its Board of Water commissioners, to include all changes as itemized in Director Hoskin's two page memorandum, circulated at the July 20, 1992 Wolford Mountain committee Meeting (attached hereto as Appendix "E"); and further, to include a provision that Denver will transfer to the Colorado River Water conservation District all of its rights in the Public Service company's Shoshone Hydroelectric Power Plant.
