Evans <br />eWeB Director <br /> <br />CONSENT TO ADDITIONAL PARITY BONDS <br /> <br />Dan McAuliffe <br />Deputy Director <br /> <br />IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED by the undersigned duly authorized officer of the Colorado <br />Water Conservation Board ("the Board") that: <br /> <br />1. This consent is delivered in connection with the issuance of the Ute Water Conservancy <br />District Water Revenue Bonds Series 2000, in the aggregate principal amount of $17,095,000 <br />("the Bonds"), which the District, acting by and through the Ute Water Activity Enterprise, <br />will issue on May 17,2000. <br /> <br />2. The District has heretofore entered into Loan Contracts C153329 ($1,000,000) and C153380 <br />(7,987,500). The District also has entered into Loan Contracts C153670A ($400,000), <br />C153670B ($10,137,500), and C150026 ($7,000,000), which loans the District has pledged <br />to repay from net revenues of its water system. These five loan contracts hereinafter are <br />collectively referred to as "Loan Contracts." <br /> <br />3. Based upon its review of the Parity Revenue Bond Certificate prepared for the District by <br />Costello, Allyn & Co., P.C. dated May 17,2000, and of the Preliminary Official Statement <br />on the Bonds dated April 27, 2000 prepared by Bigelow & Company, the Board hereby <br />consents to the issuance of the Bonds with a lien on the net revenues of the District's water <br />system that is on a parity with the lien of the Loan Contracts with respect to those revenues. <br /> <br />Executed this <br /> <br />l-:f~ <br /> <br />day of May 2000. <br /> <br />COLORADO WATER CONSERV A nON BOARD <br /> <br />By~lt~.. - <br /> <br />Peter H.
