<br />WHEREAS, the State and the Contractor did, on April 1, 1982,
<br />and on July 15, 1981, enter into contracts for State participa-
<br />tion in the construction of the Brook Forest water supply project
<br />for the benefit of the members of the Brook Forest Water District
<br />in Jefferson County, COlorado, which contracts are att~ched here-
<br />_ to as Exhibit A and Exhibit C, and which contracts are hereby

<br />1~)tX WHEREAS, the State and the Contractor did on November 15,
<br />l; 1982, amend the original contract marked as Exhibit A, which
<br />amended COntract is attached hereto as Exhibit B and is hereby
<br />incorporated into this amended contract: and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS. the State has determined that it wants to delete
<br />the fire and hazard insurance clause in the original contracts
<br />dated April 1, 1982, and July 15, 1981.
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutua1 and dependent
<br />convenants herein contained, it. is agreed by the parties hereto
<br />to dele~e paragraph A. 13. from that certain contract dated April
<br />1. 1982, and to delete paragraph A. 13. from that certain con-
<br />tract dated Ju1y 15, 1981, these contracts which are incorporated
<br />herein as Exhibit A and Exhibit C. All other terms and provi-
<br />sions of these certain contracts dated April 1, 1982, and July
<br />15, 1981, and that certain amended contract dated November 15,
<br />1982, shall remain in full force and effect.
