That <br />individual is currently attempting to get approval on an exemption to platting in Jefferson County <br />which is being held up as a result of the questionson the title to the reservoir site, The District is <br />int~e*d in acco'mmod;1tingthis ~andoWl).~, and in d9mgwhatever is necessary to perfect his access <br />so asto'pennitthe exemption to plaiting to proceed, : q "J,,,- ,::.
