We request that the Contract be restructured to provide the River District <br />flexibility to receive the grant money in several annual installments. Our Water Projects <br />Enterprise's fiscal years are calendar years, so we anticipate that the Enterprise could <br />receive the grant monies in its FYs 95, 96, 97, and 98, The amount which the Enterprise <br />could receive in anyone FY will depend on annual budgeting and anticipated revenues, <br />matters which cannot be predicted precisely. Therefore, we need a flexibile process.
