In attendance were Board members Don Halffield, Harrel Ridley, and Loyde <br />Gardner. Harrel Ridley moved the attached motion, seconded by Loyde Gardner. Passed <br />unanimously. There being no further business to conduct the Board meeting was adjourned at <br />3:43 PM. <br /> <br />'. <br />
