Ule, P.E. <br />Diredor, CWeB <br /> <br />Mr. David Bernhardt, President <br />The Greeley and Loveland Irrigation Co. <br />808 Twenty-Third Ave. <br />Greeley, CO 80631 <br /> <br />Re: Feasibility Study Loan and Grant <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Bernhardt: <br /> <br />I am pleased to inform you that at the January 29, 1997 meeting of the Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board, the Board recommended a Construction Fund loan of $23,400 and approved <br />a Small Dam Site Reconnaissance Program grant of$10,000 for a total of $33,400, not to exceed <br />50 percent of actual costs, to the Greeley and Loveland Irrigation Company for the purpose of <br />conducting a SYstem evaluation and feasibility study of the Company's water storage and <br />. distribution system. The $23,400 loan will have a term often years and a lending rate 00.25 <br />percent. <br /> <br />Please continue to coordinate with Bill Green on the conduct of the feasibility study and the <br />Small Dam Site grant. <br /> <br />The Board's action on the $23,400 loan will be included in the 1997 Construction Fund <br />legislation and is subject to authorization by the General Assembly. If authorized by the General <br />Assembly, we should be able to begin drafting a loan contract with the Greeley and Loveland <br />Irrigation Co. in mid-1997.
