<br />of Colorado and wishes to improve its present water system,
<br />hereindfter cdlled the project, for the memberS of the Kelton
<br />Heights Water District in :Jefferson County, Colorado, at an
<br />estimated cost of Four Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars
<br />($450,000); dod

<br />conducted and it was found that such a project is economically
