I <br />spoke with CWCB's attorney at the State Attorney General's Office and it was advised <br />that since there was no written documentation available to document Mr. Trautwein's <br />authority to bind the bank, it is necessary for the president to co-sign the document. <br /> <br />Enclosed is a copy of the assignment with an additional signature block. Please sign <br />where indicated and have your signature attested. Also enclosed is a self-addressed <br />stamped envelope in which you can return the assignment. <br /> <br />I appreciate your prompt attention tD this matter since we are unable to disburse the <br />loan funds to Weldon until this is resolved.
