John Peroulis, as Managing General Partner of John Peroulis and Sons, a Colorado <br />General Partnership, has the authority to sign loan docum,ents on behalf of the <br />Borrower and to bind the Borrower for payment of any such loan. <br /> <br />2. All of the the partners of Borrower and their spouses have executed the contract <br />and the promissory note. <br /> <br />3. All of the the partners of Borrower have voted unanimously to approve Contract <br />No. C150083 with CWCS. <br /> <br />4. There are no provisions in the General Partnership Agreement of Borrower, or any <br />state or local laws that prohibit this contract from binding the Borrower. <br /> <br />5.
