No part 01' the proposed district is included within the boundaries <br /> <br />of a district ~ready in existence, under the provisions of C.~.8. 19b3, <br />.L50-5-J., et seq., as amended, known as the ''liater Conservancy Act." <br /> <br />17. The district shall be divided into three divisions. A general <br /> <br />designation of the three divisions of the district follows: <br /> <br />Division 1 of said District shall comprise that part of said <br /> <br />Uistrict J.ying West from the East boundary of Range 87 West <br /> <br />of the bth Principal Meridian, including that part of said <br />District contained in Moffat County, Colorado. <br /> <br />Division 2 01' said district shall comprise that part 01' said <br /> <br />District lying East 01' the West boundary of Range 86 West <br />of the 6th Principal Meridian' and North of the South boundary <br /> <br />01' Township 6 North, bth Principal Meridian. <br /> <br />Division 3 01' said District shall comprise that part 01' said <br /> <br /> <br />District lying East 01' the West boundary 01' Hange 86'West <br /> <br /> <br />0,1' the 6th Principal Meridian and South of the North boundary <br /> <br /> <br />of Township 5 North of the 6th Principal Meridian. <br /> <br />18. Three directors are proposed for each division of said district, <br /> <br />and the Court finds that there shou.ld be three divisioris of the district <br /> <br />as described hereinbefore, with three directors ror each or such divisions. <br /> <br />l'}.
