The Department of the Interior plans to sell
a portion of loan portfolio - Park Creek Reservoir

Dear Mr. Ioannides:

This is to follow up with my call to you on May 18, 1988.

First, apparently in Colorado Senate Bill 30 there is a
glitch in the reference to North poudre as The North poudre Ir-
rigation District. The correct name of the company is The
North poudre Irrigation Company.

Next, I'm enclosing a copy of letter from The United
States Department of the Interior dated May 2, 1988 dealing
wi th this program. Mr. Stieben and myself, Mr. Dumler and
Board Members pineda and Marsh attended a meeting on this date
in the City of Fort Collins. It was put on by the Department
of the Interior.

In the enclosed packet please note the deadlines. The
first deadline is June 17, 1988 by which a notice of intent
must be furnished.

The next deadline by which payment is to be made is August
17, 1988.

Also please note in IV that the payment figures can change
because the actual discount rates will be adjusted monthly.
Thus it is not possible to know at this point exactly what the
payoff figure will be.
