QUIT CLAIM DEED

THE CITY OF RIFLE, a municipal cOrporation, Rifle, Colorado,
for and in consideration of the terms and conditions of a
contract dated November 1, 1980, between the CITY OF RIFLE, and
the STATE OF COLORADO, Contract Fund No. 4008, G/L Account No.
5316, . Contract Encumbrance No. C153335, reference to which is
made for greater certainty I hereby ql;d t claims to the State of
Colorado, for the use and benefit of the Department of Natural
Resources, Colorado Water Conservation Board, the following
described real property, situate in the County of Garfield and
State of Colorado, to-wit:

A tract or parcel of land 8i tUate in the NE~SW~ of
Section 10, Township 6 South, Range 93 West of the 6th
P.M., shown and described as the City of Rifle water
tank and treatment faciliti~s on the plat of the
Highlands East Subdivision S~venth Filing, which parcel
of land is more fully described as follows:

Beginning at the NW corner of the Highlands East Sixth

West 173.18 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING: thence
along a non-radial curve to the left, having a central
