The project for which a Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board loan is being requested is the construction of a toe drain <br />along the north dam of Ish Reservoir as required by the State Engineer's Office. <br /> <br />The Board of Oirectors of the Ish Reservoir Company have approved the propo- <br />sal as presented. The Board further agrees to pay for one-half the cost of the <br />.., feasibility report preparation, or $3,000, per the Colorado Water Conservation <br />Board's established procedures.
