NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Directors

hereby approves the elimination of the words "upon approval by the Board
of Directors of ' the terms and conditions of the Contract" of the Wherefore

clause of the September 2, 1988 Resolution, nunc ~ tunc September 2,

1988.

BE IT' FURTHER RESOLVED that paragraph 8 at page 2 of the Con-

tract is amended to read "Make the services of said project available within

its capacity to all QUALIFIED p~rsons in the Contractor's service area."

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that paragraph 14 at page 5 of the

Contract is amended to read "As security for the loan to be made by the

State, execute a deed of Trust within thirty (30) days of the completion of

the project which shall convey to the Public Trustee of Montezuma County
