<br />j:: <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />. <br />STAFF RECO!v1l\1ENDATIONS <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Staffrecommends that: <br /> <br />The Board approve a loan increase to the Jackson Lake and Reservoir Company's 1999 loan <br />in the amount of $53,100 for a new total loan amount of $389,700 under the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />1. Terms of the additional loan amount would be at the 1999 agricultural rateof4.0% for <br />30-years. <br /> <br />2. The Jackson Lake and Reservoir Company increase their annual assessments to $14.40 <br />per share, <br /> <br />3. The loan increase shall be contingent upon all standard contracting provisions of the <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board. <br />
