Land and Cattle Company, LLC, to <br />obtaining funding from the Small Projects Loan Fund. The Company is requesting a loan amount <br />of$200,000 for the Tehabilitation of two small reservoirs located on the ranch. The water from the <br />reservoirs is used to irrigate hay and provide water for livestock. <br /> <br />The work on the two reservoirs and theiT dams includes repairing the upstream face, which is eroded, <br />placing riprap and bedding on the upstream face, removing tress and stumps from the dam and <br />spillway areas, and removal of approximately 105,000 cubic yards of sediment from the reservoiTs. <br /> <br />The two reservoirs have a total capacity of 140 acre-feet of storage. The total project cost, including <br />interest on the CWCB loan, would be $3 I 9,202 which is a cost of $ 2,280 per acre-foot of storage. <br />The annual cost for the loan repayment is $9,877 which is a cost of$70.55 per acre foot of storage <br />per year over the life of the loan. The cost is much less than the value of the water and the annual <br />cost is less than the current cost to rent wateT. <br /> <br />We have included the following information with this loan application. <br /> <br />I.
