<br />. <br /> <br />Conclusions <br /> <br />1. The JPSP is a registered Partnership in the state of Colorado with the ability to enter into a <br />contract with the CWCB for the purpose of obtaining a Construction Fund loan. <br /> <br />2, The JPSP must receive approval of the project plans and specifications prior beginning the <br />modifications outlined in Alternative No.4 <br /> <br />3, The project would provide for the continued delivery of irrigation water to the members of the <br />Partnership, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />4, <br /> <br />The total estimated cost of the project is $330,000 and this will be financed by $250,000 in <br />loans from the CWCB Construction Fund, and by $80,000 from the JPSP, <br /> <br />5, JPSP is eligible for a loan from the CWCB Emergency Infrastructure Repair Account because <br />the project is necessary to since the reservoir cannot be used to store irrigation water in it's <br />present conditions and delaying the project would jeopardize the crops and result in undue <br />hardship on the borrower, <br /> <br />6, The project is technically and financially feasible, <br /> <br />. <br />! <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Martin Cull Dam Rehabilitation Feasibility Study <br /> <br />May 2002 <br /> <br />Page 9 <br />
