Lockwood, the duly appotnted, qualified and acting Clerk of the <br />City of Fort Morgan, Colorado and Secretary of the City of Fort Morgan, <br />Colorado Water Works and Distribution Enterprise, do hereby certify that the <br />attached copy of Ordinance No. B16-W is a true and correct copy; that the <br />ordinance was, as a proposed ordinance duly and legally presented to the Board <br />of the Enterprise, on the 20th day of June, 1995. Said ordinance, as <br />proposed, was duly read at length at said meeting, and thereafter the same <br />was, on the 22nd day of June, 1995, published in the Fort Morgan Times, a <br />daily newspaper of general circulatiol'1 published and printed in the City of <br />Fort Morgan, Morgan County, Colorado.
