<br />Commencing at the found Garfield County Survey Monument for the Northeast
<br />Corner of said Section 3; thence S.480081 W. basis of bearing N.89046'40" E.
<br />between found survey monuments on the centerline of Grand Avenue, between
<br />1st Street and 7th Street in the Town of Silt, Colorado, 2,446,0 feet to the
<br />Point of Beginning, said point of beginning being the radius point of the

<br />beginning of the 14 inch diameter water transmission line; thence along
<br />the centerline of said transmission line the following courses: S,24'30'
